RTS Installation Difference

We are an A1 CERTIFIED INSPECTOR

  1. We provide 10 year labor warranty on all installs. We are a locally owned and operated  company and an A+ member of the BBB.
  2. We use real starters around the perimeter of your roof. Not shingles turned upside down like many of our competitors who are trying to save money or short the job.
  3. We install new felt paper or underlayment on every roof install. Most competitors skip this step to save money.
  4. We install ice and water shield in the valleys….not cheap wrinkled up valley metal that expands and contracts at a different rate than the shingles which voids the manufacturer’s warranty.
  5. We install ice and water shield around flashings, vents and chimney areas prone to wind driven rain leaks. This seals all penetrations.
  6. We have a job site foreman and do routine inspections of the roof and also the clean up.
  7. When disposing of your old shingles, we recycle old shingles when possible to help reduce carbon footprint.
  8. We use magnetic rollers to collect nails from lawn and garden areas when complete.
